Ouch!

Today before school, Samuel had a bad run in with the shower door...and the shower door won:( He was in major pain for about half of the morning and then we had a doctor appointment. Thankfully it isn't broken!

There isn't much a little Baskin Robbins can't fix!

This was later in the afternoon once he was feeling much better:-) What a tough little guy!

Easter

The Easter bunny made a a visit to our house and left lots of fun things for Samuel!

When Samuel woke up, he followed the jelly bean trail all of the way from his room to his basket!

Looking at the loot!  He was most excited about the goldfish crackers...the same kind that he eats every single day.
His new water squirter!

Already eating the candy and bunny shaped marshmallows!

After I got him ready for church, he made his way back to the kitchen for more candy.  Needless to say, he was CRAZY during church!

After taking a few photos, he wanted to go into the backyard to play.  This was the face I got when I told him "no." :((

Our family photo taken with the camera timer.  I can't believe it actually turned out good!
After church, we came home and dyed some eggs.  Samuel was interested in it for about 2 seconds.  I think my OCD attitude about the dye spilling everywhere made him lose interest.  Next year, we are doing it outside!

 The finished product!

We then enjoyed some good ole' fashioned swinging before nap time.

After nap, we loaded up and went to a friends house for a lovely Easter dinner.  We all had a blast!  What a wonderful day we had celebrating our Risen Savior!

An EGGcellent Egg Hunt!

On Saturday, we went to an egg hunt at a friend's house!  It was a beautiful day and S had a blast.

Digging for his eggs!

Looking at all of his "treasure"

Helping his good friend L open his eggs!

The boys then decided to have a photo shoot...

Cupcake time

The Easter bunny made an appearance.  S was terrified but at least gave him a
high five!

What a great day!  S was exhausted by the end of the day and was in bed by 7!
