Last Saturday, we decided to go to Cox Farms! We went last year and Samuel was a bit overwhelmed, but this year was definitely worth the money. He had a blast...and so did we! They have everything..pumpkins, corn maze, hay ride, many slides and even a huge burlap sack slide, live bluegrass bands and lots of delicious food like apple pie, root beer floats and kettle corn, oh my!! It was a great day!

Potomac Vegetable Farm
Last week, I decided to tag along on a field trip with Samuel's class. We went to a farm just outside of town and had a really fun time. We saw and ate veggies right out of the ground, had a hayride, saw pigs and chickens, and even got to hold a warm egg! The kids then got to each pick a pumpkin to take home!
Samuel the morning of the farm trip. I made him pose in the pumpkin shirt I made!

Eating celery and loving it!

Watching the pigs

Touching a chicken

Holding the fresh egg!
