Last day of preschool

Samuel finished a wonderful year of preschool last week! He had a great year and we loved his school and his teacher. So thankful for people who love my boy!!

8 Years

8 years! I can hardly believe it.  I'm so thankful for the wonderful years we have spent together.  Sure we've had some rough times, but I truly believe every single event has been authored by God and I know that everything has led us to where we are today.  I'm one really lucky girl to have such a dedicated, helpful, hands on husband.  I love you, Thad!  Here's to 80 more!

Mt. Vernon

 We had a wonderful visit to Mt. Vernon with grandma, Linda and Lauren one beautiful Sunday after church.  The weather was just as lovely as the amazing property.  I ended up buying an annual pass because it was such a great place for Samuel to run around and get some energy out.  I also hear it's gorgeous at Christmas time!

We almost took the 45 minute river cruise, but decided on the wagon ride instead.

Samuel decided to ask the lady a question to the woman in the old slave quarters.  He asked her where the fire was...:)

The grounds were absolutely lovely and beautifully manicured!

As we were leaving, we stumbled upon the children's museum and they had dress up clothes that were too cute...

We had such a lovely day and it was so fun to explore something new so close to home!
